KEITH EDWARDS

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer & Chief Marketing Officer

Keith is always the funniest guy in the room.  The intuition, cultural awareness, and charm that make him a great comedian also make him a great leader.  His wit is the backbone of our creative energy. Keith has dual degrees in Communication and Sociology from the University of Memphis. 

Keith oversees all operational and marketing functions for Puzzol Creative's portfolio companies. He is Co-Owner and a part of Lead Team, Writing Team and is the Head of the Game Design Team and Marketing Team.  He is also available for consulting.

MALLORY LYNCH

Co-Founder & Chief People Officer

There isn't a conversation Mallory doesn't know how to handle.  Whether addressing a difficult customer issue, encouraging staff members, or working through an important negotiation, she always makes human interaction seem like an art form.  She holds a BSBA with Marketing concentration from Union University, an MBA from University of Memphis and is a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM- SCP). 

Mallory oversees all HR and Admin functions for Puzzol Creative's portfolio companies, is a Co-Owner, on Lead Team, is Head of Project Management, consults, and is on the Writing Team.

STEPHEN LYNCH

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Stephen has never met a problem that a spreadsheet or a line of code couldn't fix.  He created our propriety technology and wiring systems as well as our show controls systems. His relentless appetite for information and improvement constantly push us to try new things and get better. Stephen is a CFA® charterholder, holds a BSBA Management Concentration from Union University and a Masters in Finance from University of Memphis. 

Stephen oversees all financial functions for Puzzol Creative's portfolio companies, consults, is a Co-Owner, our Chief Software Developer, is on Lead Team, and is Head of the Tech Team. He is also a part of the Writing Team, Digital Team, Build Team, and Special Effects Team.

Tech Team - Game Development Manager

Heather is an avid game player and expert strategist with over 7 years of experience. She is a Ravenclaw, a fencing champion and a brilliant puzzle writer. Her creativity plus drive for perfection help to create excellent experiences as well as a fun training culture that honors excellence. Heather is a certified programmer, has a BA in English and Philosophy, and honors in Creative Writing and English.

Heather serves on Lead Team, our Tech Team and brings games to life with 0s and 1s as a game programmer. She consults and is part of the Writing Team and Software Development Team for our experiences.

BRIANNA WALSH

Tech Team - Low Voltage Manager

Brianna is the perfect embodiment of  the phrase "where there is a will, there is a way". She excels at seeing things from start to finish, utilizing her low voltage expertise and eye for detail, to push our team to constantly create fresh wow moments for customers. She holds a BA in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Anthropology from Christian Brothers University and is in progress to become a Tennessee Limited License Electrician. She joined us in 2018 and has been a key player in our growth.

Brianna is on Lead Team, the Tech Team and oversees all new tech project installations across Puzzol Creative Companies. Brianna consults and is a part of our Writing Team.

Operations Team - Operations Director

Maddy is passionate about bringing people together in environments that cater to personal growth and loves to extend that to other companies.  Often fueled by her faith and enthusiasm, she combines that passion with her love of games and attention to detail to ensure guests and staff have great experiences at all the companies we serve. Maddy is resourceful and uses grit and creativity to bring props and projects to life. 

Maddy joined us in 2019 and all Location Managers report to her. She also manages PuzzolCon, our annual conference for escape room owners, assists with new project installations with tech, systems, and art, consults and is a part of Lead Team and the Writing Team.

BARRY ARRINGTON ll

Production Team - Experiential Design Engineer

Barry is part engineer, part electrician, part construction foreman, and part musician. He is an excellent story teller and uses all of his skills to create wonderful immersive entertainment that keeps you laughing and on your toes.  He is a successful escape room creator and brings years of experience to our team. He holds an Associates Degree in Construction Management and a BA in Game Art and Development. 

Barry joined us in 2025 and is filling a much needed role within our companies to bridge the gap across all departments to work towards building incredible show stopping moments for our guests.

​Kirk is an artistic genius that has created over 15 escape rooms in the haunt world with a career spanning over a decade. He is humble and sharp and excels in composing, tech hacks, and scenic design. He is using his love of intricate details to help bring stories to life much like the DND and haunt world he loves. 

Kirk joined us in 2025 and joins Barry in our engineering and design world while development new entertainment concepts.

Kenzie has her BFA Digital Media degree from the University of North Alabama. She is a competitive gamer and skilled graphic designer. Kenzie was one our our first staff members in The Escape Room Florence location.

Kenzie is passionate about escape rooms and what we have built over the past 8 years. She joined us in 2024 and manages all escape room social media and helps with sales and graphic design.

She graduated from University of Memphis with a major in Journalism and minor in Strategic Social Media. Jessie is a cat lover with three of her own, loves iced coffee and dirt biking.

COURTNEY VAN WALLENDAEL

Exec Team - Assistant / Art Team- Ninja Specialist

Courtney appreciates the whimsical, is obsessed with all things Disney, has an eye for detail and knows how to work hard to bring the imaginative ideas we have to life. She has a myriad of skills that include hosting tea parties, being a ninja on scaffolding, sewing, and baking (to name a few). 

Courtney supports our Art Team with new project installations and joined us in 2023. She also assist with special projects from the executive team at HQ.

Tech Team - Coding Specialist

As a proud defender of Luigi as the best Mario Character, a coder, and the kindest person, Maya combines her love for games and attention to detail to ensure our games are fun and pushing new boundaries across all of our premier entertainment destinations. Maya has been with us in varying roles since 2023. 

Maya handles updates to our Clueby (proprietary automation and cluing system), games at GNL and installed fresh kid friendly challenges at Amuse and other coding projects.

A gamer and coder turned professional, Josh is getting to put to practice what he likes to do for fun! He is a musician, lover of Old Spice, chess, and is a meticulous problem solver.  He is TECH 901 certified in computer programing and a quick study. 

Josh joined in 2025 and is already hard at work on a new project developing and coding fun experiences.

Art Team - Scenic Design Specialist

Lily joined us as a Room Host and has grown to be the queen of upkeep and new art installations. She is studying at the University of Memphis as an Art Education major and specializes in color matching, painting techniques, aging props, and scenic realism. 

Lily oversees scenic design upkeep at all locations. She supports production of new experiences for all Puzzol Creative portfolio companies. She joined us in 2023 and has worked on several award winning projects.

Allie is passionate about story telling and doing whatever is needed to get the shot, set the stage and help others experience it. She has a background in film and video as well as fine arts. Allie has been to all 50 states plus 9 additional countries, had made 2 short films and loves to craft and sew costumes for cons or holidays.

ALEC LAZARINI

Production Team - Additive Design Manager

Alec is skilled in design for 3d printing, low voltage, carpentry, and scenic design. He works hard to ensure our adventures, battles and challenges are functioning and in excellent condition to wow our customers as well as supports our HQ build team with design. 

Alec is able to work stealthily in a sea of customers to keep no more than 2 adventures closed at one time. With the volume of players, he is working diligently to keep things top notch.

Production Team - Graphic Designer

Calyn is passionate about many things. She loves her family, art, storytelling, drawing, and is adamant that eating cookies warm is the worst way.  She is a proud graduate of University of Mississippi with a BFA and has even authored a children's book. Her artistic flair and unique style has brought a lift to the variety of projects we can tackle. She has lived in 5 states and enjoys experiencing new things. 

Calyn is able to bring to life our diverse ideas with illustration and design. She never backs down from a new challenge and approaches things with a unique positive outlook.

HANNAH PARKER

The Escape Room - Maintenance Manager

Hannah is a brilliant wood worker and prop builder, detailed in low voltage solutions and restorations. Her favorite tool is a bandsaw! She's patient, kind and steady and committed to providing excellent experiences to our guests.  She has a Bachelor of Science in radio / television / film and has a love for storytelling through art.

Hannah oversees upkeep of props and facilities at all of our escape room locations, servicing 16 rooms in the region.

TYLER NORTON

The Escape Room - East Memphis Location Coordinator

Tyler is as steady as they come and has been with the company for 4 years. He's a quick learner, hard worker and loves to step inside other worlds to play escape rooms or have a DnD quest. He's an excellent problem solver and works hard to keep our staff moving forward while ensuring customers are having a great time. 

Tyler manages the 7 award winning rooms, the 15 staff members and the many guest experiences at our East Memphis location.

MAGGIE MCCUE

The Escape Room - South Main Location Coordinator

Maggie is a hard worker and eager to learn and grow. She is kind and truly cares about the customers and staff at her location.   She loves yellow red bull, her cat Walter, and playing video games on her Nintendo Switch.

SHELBY PRINCE

​AMUSE - Memphis Location Manager

Shelby is driven, organized, and fun! She has a heart for people and strives to keep Amuse fresh with thousands of visitors coming through. She loves running almost as much as her shoe collection and has years of experience managing teams towards a common goal. She enjoys showcasing the new state of the art social gaming facility we have here in Memphis with high levels of customer service and a competitive gaming spirit.

Shelby operates and manages our flagship location of Amuse in Memphis. She joined us in 2023 and leads a team of 13 with 25 adventures, 5 battles and 5 challenges and the location.

CHRIS BROWN

​AMUSE - Assistant Location Manager

 Joining our Amuse team in 2024, Chris excels in ensuring both our experiences and customers are taken care of at Amuse. He's perfecting his managing skills as well as honing his low voltage, build, and painting skills onsite to assist in the maintenance efforts. He trains our new team members and is committed to putting our best foot forward for new and returning guests.

Chris is able to work fast under pressure and assists Shelby in leading the way on excellent experiences and customer service at our flagship Amuse location in Memphis.

JOEY PHAN

​AMUSE - Operations Specialist

​Joey is excellent with showing guests care and attention to ensure they have a great time. He has a degree in Biology and is a licensed nail Manicurist. He is uniquely curious and artistic allowing to fully embrace the intersection of play, puzzle and art that is Amuse. 

Joey joined our team in 2024 and assists with experience upkeep, special event preparations and day to day operations at our Memphis location of Amuse.

RILEY MILLER

The Escape Room -  Florence Location Coordinator

A arts and literature major at University of North Alabama, Riley loves to tell stories and help people experience them. She thrives in creating a welcoming culture for her team and guests. Riley is detail oriented and able to keep our rooms and staff on par with our high standards. 

Riley manages the 7 staff and the 4 rooms at The Escape Room- Florence Alabama location. She joined us in 2024.

AIMEE RANDOLPH

Game Nite Lounge - Location Manager

Aimee is leading our newest experience at Game Nite Lounge. She loves games, performing and traveling (she's been to 13 countries). Aimee has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science Education and a Masters in Library Media and Information Technology. She combines all of these skills to craft the perfect environment for friends and loved ones to come together. She is a hard worker and can't wait to help our customers have a great time.

Aimee operates and manages our flagship location of Game Nite Lounge in Memphis. She joined us in 2024 and leads a team of 10 with a limited service restaurant and 38 games we've developed in 10 immersive lounges.
